Refund Policy

Since AMI services are digital in nature, refunds are handled according to the policy below.

Refund Window

Refund requests may be considered within 7 days of payment if premium access has not been substantially used or activated for a prolonged period.

Non-Refundable Cases

• After extensive use of premium features
• After expiry of the subscription period
• For dissatisfaction arising from market performance or investment outcomes

Refund Mode

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment mode or through bank/UPI transfer, as applicable.

Processing Time

Approved refunds may take 7–10 working days depending on the payment provider or bank.
